Blemishes on my 5th gen accord?
On my 5th gen's hood, there are white spots on the front where it meets the front bumper. What are these things and how can I get rid of them? I think they're scratches, because i tried to remove them with my fingernail and they wouldn't budge, hoever they are raised, so they're on TOP of the paint.
Also, I found a patch on my rear bumper, how fixable is this?

How much do you think a full paint job would cost if i wanted to change the color?

To get my back bumper repainted it was estimated for about $496 from the insurance.

I have those same white spots on my hood and bumper. Its not chips from rocks, but now that I am writing this I am thinking it could be white paint from freshly painted street lines that got sprayed up by another car. Hmm... Anyway I tried a claybar and it didnt work. The only way I have been able to get them off is gently scratching them off with my fingernail.
