Nope, the CL is a goner. If you are interested in one, most dealers still have plenty available except maybe the manual. Since it is being discontinued and sales are weak, getting a good deal should be fairly easy too.

A great deal is easy unless you want a manual... Jeebus, I spent the past 2 weeks looking for one... finally picked it up tonight for $28,300 (for a Type S, no Navi).

its a sad day, those cars are awesome. It's a shame people didn't realize the value they were.

I guess the Accord six speed is going to carry the perverbial flame. I'm rather dissapointed, though.

Yep, sad as it is, the CL is gone after model year 2003. The good news is I absolutely HAD to get one before they're gone. I snagged a sweet 2003 aegeanblue CL Type-S at just $~28K! I actually bought a new 2002 RSX Type-S back in August 2001, but learned it wasn't the car for me. Yeah, it was fast and handled like a go-cart in the corners, but the CL-S just plain old blows it away in comfort, convenience, luxury. Also, the CL-S is no slouch. It is as fast if not faster than the RSX-S.

Goodbye to the CL for now, but it's legend will live on. Hopefully in due time Acura will learn from the CL and bring it back in a new life, maybe based off the upcoming 2004 TL Type-S.
