Default Uhhhhh... i think there's something wrong with my car

When im in 2nd gear or higher and push the gas, my rpm shoots up, but the speedometer moves very little. i have to let go of gas, and than push the gas pedal slower for the speedometer to move up faster. This happens seldomely but it pisses me off when it happens. anyone know whats wrong with my car, this happen to anyone?

i have 94 accord dx. 150k miles. ive had maintenance checks every 15k miles.

thanks

Thats like my worst nightmare.....transmission repairs!!!!

Expect a bill of upto +$500....for labor and clutch....I had my clutch and flywheel recently replaced and it cost close to $1000. Get a quote from dealer and also a quote from an outside party like AAMCO...look for things such as warranty on parts and labor.

If the clutch is dying & you can afford it, it sounds like a good opportunity for an upgrade... if nothing else, your left leg will get stronger...

Dang... I'm getting an Exedy Clutch and OEM Flywheel for approximately $230 shipped. For installation, the school I attend will do it free of charge.
