Officially official: 2011 Honda CR-Z starts at $19,200, available August 24
Filed under: Hybrid, Honda, Green Daily
We've touched on the pricing for the 2011 Honda CR-Z before, but now it's official. Much of the success of the CR-Z relies upon its price and Honda's little hybrid that could comes in as a bargain. The base CR-Z with the row-your-own six-speed manual transmission starts at $19,200. Opting for the continuously variable transmission (CVT) tacks on another $650. Stepping up to the loaded CR-Z EX with navigation will set you back $22,560 for the manual and $23,210 for the CVT-equipped model.
If the price intrigues you, then get ready to head on down to your local dealership in late August as the CR-Z will make its debut on the 24th of that month. If you happen to be as fond of three-pedal cars as we are, then the CR-Z is the only hybrid choice around that let's you bang your own gears towards a greener tomorrow and that exclusivity is likely to draw in a fair share of buyers on its own. Follow the jump for trim-specific pricing, a list of standard equipment and additional info on the CR-Z.
