Around how much does it cost to paint front and rear lips and side skirts?

I did mine for about 15 bucks for paint. Professionally Your looking anywhere from 150-300...Depends where you go...

depends on the color of ur car and what ur painting
i got my lips sprayed for 150 which included spraying both sides, front and rear lip plus mounting of all peices

Add on kits are cheaper to paint compared to full kits. I had an add on and it costed me $250 for all 4. I think I got a hella good deal. Just shop around/call around bodyshops. Make sure it's a good bodyshop too. Hope that helps, and good luck!

I think geography plays a role as well. In places like Cali you have more shops that'll do a good job, so the prices are lower due to competition. Here in Ohio I had to really hunt for a place I trusted, and I'm sure I paid a bit more because of it.
