Some Wheel/Tire Questions
I am looking to find some CHEAP wheels/tires for my '98 Accord. I am thinking 17s will look good.
I really like these:

I am thinking some decent Kumho tires also. I dont know which tire size to go with though.
225/45R17 ?
215/45R17 ?
215/50R17 ?
Probably Kumho Ecsta 711s. What do you guys think?

Get te ADR GT-Sports! But those are nice too. 225/45/17 is the proper size tire needed in order to maintain stock speedometer calibration. Go for it!
On a side note...I say go for 16" wheels with 205/55/16 tires. If you go with 16's you don't need to drop your car. I think that is a huge factor, because with 17's you have to factor is $150+ for lowering springs and ultimately $300+ for shocks. I personally like the stock ride of the Accord, but I am affraid to lower it with even "pro-kits" just because I feel that I might loose the functionality and qualty ride I have come to love. It's your choice anyhow just my .02

I was thinking about 16s, I cant decide. From EVERYONE I know that has 17s or 18s they complain like crazy about how much it costs to replace the tires. I cant decide if 16s will look too small with a WW bodykit. I already have the car dropped 1.5".
