does it make any weird sounds while cranking? sounds like the plugs wont fire. check your plugs, see if they spark, check your distributor cap as well. check the rotor inside for any wear or damage.
do you have an aftermarket ignition system (ie. MSD SCI, etc)?

if its cranking and not starting its not the battery. mine was doing the same thing a while ago. one day it ran perfect the next day it wouldnt start. turned out to be the ignition coil. do you have any friends with integras? just borrow thier ignition coil and ignitor and see if your car starts.

I would start with the plugs and wires to make sure that the spark is getting to the engine. Then move into the cap, rotor, and coil. You can test these with a multimeter but I don't know what the reading should be maybe someone with a manual can help with that. If this is all o.k. then check the ignitor.
