Default Setting up a system, need advice.

Alright I Have a 98 accord coupe and im wanting to put some new sounds in when my next paycheck comes around. I was thinkin bout purchasing the pioneer 8400mp because its awsome looking and nothing else really intrigues me for the price... I saw it for like $369 plus $20 for shipping, is that a good deal? The headunit is the only thing id really like to splurge on.
Next thing I was thinkin bout was either 6.5s and 6x9s OR an amp and subwoofers.
I want something more superior to the factory honda speakers but for a budget so I found these...Infinity Reference 6952i for the 6x9s and Pioneer TS-G1647 for the 6.5s in the door... I wanna order them from crutchfield. Anyone have thoughts on these speakers?
I also want subs and an amp, but if I wanna get all this at once then I gotta sacrifice the pioneer headunit for somethin cheaper. I was thinkin bout getting 1 infinity kappa perfect 12" but not sure how good 1 sub will sound. I want the sub to hit hard for sure. I might get 2 of the perfects since they're about $130 each from ikes. Anyone recommend an amp for running 1 or 2 of those perfects? Should I just get the amp and subs and no speakers or should I get the speakers and no amp/sub.
If anyone can recommend anything for a good price that would be great. I really dont wanna spend more than $800 for anything, but you know how that goes.....

check www.ikesound.com they are cheaper and for about 600-700 dollars, you can get a very decent complete system.
