Default Camber????

I put on rear camber kit and now the fender somehow scrapes (literally digs in...) the sidewall of my rear tires. Does this happen often???

if you have tires that are too wide or wheels with the wrong offset....the top was tucked in more since you had negative camber, and now since it's closer to 0 degrees, it's scraping....you can either adjust it back toward the negative side until it clears and just deal with the inside tire wear, or get a new tire/wheel combo

Yes, roll the fenders. Get a wooden bat and use at as a lever pivoting on the edge of your tire, and bend back that lip. You might want to take off that rubber lining on that ledge before you roll it back though, you'll find a lot of dirt stuck under it.
