Are there any differences between the LS, GS, & GSR in terms of brake system?

If you are buying parts, why not upgrade? If not the rotors, at least the pads. I believe the brakes are the same, except the RS does not have ABS, I think, rotors and what not should be the same, differences were in suspension and motors

LS/GS/GS-R brakes are the same. The RS is the same too, except that it doesn't have ABS.
If you go to somewhere like Autozone to get pads and/or rotors, they'll probably only ask you if it's a Type-R or not.

Get Brembo blanks from Nopi. www.nopi.com
Stock nissin pads are good, or you could try greenstuff / AEM / other aftermarket pads.
