Default rear disk conversion!

Hey does anyone know exactly what i would need to do a rear disk conversion on my 1994 ex. Please list. Could i use the oem front calipers and rotors since the oem rear are smaller?

No, you can't use the front calipers as you'd lose a parking brake. And if you use the rotors they are the wrong thickness and you'd need some kind of shim probably.

You need the entire rear suspension of a 90-97 accord with rear disk brakes. And you need the proportioning valve and master cylinder from that car as well, and disk-brake equiped brake lines (preferably Stainless Steel).

There are some how-tos out there, it's really basic though, the hard part is aligning the rear after you do it. ESPECIALLY if your lowered and no one will do it, and you have to do it manually like I will have to in a few weeks

they do make 4 wheel disc conversions for civics and accords, the only problem is their about 1500$ and a real pain in the ass to install, so buyer beware

you need the rear disc setup fron a 94-01 teg,
92-95 civic si or ex with rear disc
or a del sol with rear disc
or a 99-00 civic si.
a 4040 porp valve from a civic si, teg ,del, or older civic si.
you need a master cylinder and brake booster from a teg or civic si prefferably.

Sorry for high jacking the thread, but what all would I need to perform a rear disc conversion on a 98 Civic EX? Mostly what I need to know is what years of other cars/models' rear brake systems will fit a 98 Civic EX.
