Getting a new HU

Guys take a look at this, does it seem like a good deal? The CD player in my 98 accord just blows, it hardly reads burned CDs and I need somethin else for some tunes. Any of you have this in your car? BTW my 98 accord coupe is a double din and how easy will it to install ?

pioneer makes decent units but i suggest this one

its the premier version of the same design, but it made with more features and has a 2 year warranty (u may want to ask them if this will be underwarranty)
