help with tranny fluid bolt??

Default help with tranny fluid bolt??

which bolt is the tranny fluid filler bolt!! is it the one behind the axle aproxximatly 17mm?? i know wich ones the drain bolt but i cant find the filler bolt!! i have a 1990 integra with a b16a!!:naughty: :naughty: :naughty:

its not a regular socket bolt.

i think that bolt takes a 1/2 drive....or 3/4", i forget.

1/2" I think... True for the Integra. I'd imagine most Honda tranny's are similar. Something to look for rayoracinng.

It's a 1/2 on my 99 Accord EX, never look at what it was on the 97 teg.

i just finished my task!! it is a 17mm bolt that is right behind the right axle!! it was right in the owners manual:doh: and i put in motor oil for now!! i just gotta get my tags and drive down to a honda dealer and gets some honda MTF


BTW the trannny had not even one quart of liquid in it!! and it got filled with two and a lil bit of the third one!!:thumbup:

Just to clarify...

1/2" I think... True for the Integra.

umm no!! the drain hole us just underneeth the fill hole!! the drain hole is a 3/8 inch socket style bolt!! where as the fill hole is a 17mm bolt!!
