Well the H&R sports are a great spring. But,........if you push your car's handling past say 8/10's of it's limits very offten, they are not stiff enough to keep you off the bumpstops. So if your below that 8/10's lever, their a great spring. And if you do a search the H&R's on any search engine, you will not find a spring that will come close to having anywhere near as many positive comments.

The spring rate for the H&R's should be about the same as the Neuspeed sports front 250 rear 185. So you'd want to find out the spring rates for the other spring company you mention. And ask yourself if they have a reputation.

You can't go wrong either way. If I were you I would go with the RS*Rs.
