Default Wiring harness

Will a wire harness that I had in a 1997 2.2 CL also be able to be used in a 1999 Integra GS? I have asked a few different people and gotten different answers. I have been told that the wiring back there changed somewhat in 1998. I know that it will be easy to tell once I get it opened up and am able to look back there, but if it definitely will not work, I would rather have the harness ready to go and just slap it together rather than having to run to the store with a torn up dash and no tunes.

Thanks a lot guys.....
