Default 3.2TL Mods, Whats out there?

I'm considering getting a 3.2TL and wanted to know which mods exist for it? Specifically intakes and exhausts.

Hey,

AcuraTL. You have the most beautiful 3.2 I have ever seen. I love how you removed the badges and your front end looks amazing. I shouldn't say amazing, its a whole lot better looking then stock.

There isn't a whole lot to get for the 3.2, except the little things like mirrors/exhaust/rear spoiler/skirts....etc. You won't be able to find anything as hardcore as Veilside for your TL. Unless some guy who has a whole lot of time on his hands and made a body kit himself.

peace! :fawk:

Thanks Gremlen_Fx. You can get some pretty nice body kits from Japan, made for the Inspire which is the same as the TL. However, you will need to modify the front bumper inner reinforcement so it could fit. But you will pay $$$$$ for shipping from Japan though.

are you considering a new one? instead you could opt for an off-lease type-S.

I just bought a 2000 3.2 TL but I don't have it yet because I'm waiting for the insurance to take affect, so that I can drive it off the lot grrrr. But the web site listed above, is that only one you all know of that sell parts for the TL?

Well, there are alot of other sites that sell parts for TL. What parts are you looking for? Engine modification? Suspension? Exterior?

All of them but most of all I was looking for the most hp gain for [cheap] like every one else. If I had to pick one I'd say engine mods and second Exerior. WingsWest.com has a nice looking body kit but thats all I've seen so far.

Well, first of all, you get what you pay for. Do you plan on keeping your car for a long time or just a few short years? If you want something that will last you a while, I'd say stick with Comptech. Plus, it is CARB so you don't have to worry about smog checks.
