Muscle Milk/ Monster Milk. They are delicious. Some people complain that they are high in fat but the type of fat that is in it is not generally stored by the body. When I switched to it I didn't notice any increase in body fat.

For years i drank Optimum Whey Protein, it is one of the highest rated ones out there, and only 140 cals. However, one day i tried some BSN Syntha-6. It has 200 calories, but the thing tastes like a milkshake. It was at that point i realized how nasty Optimum tastes, so now I drink mostly Syntha-6.

Optimum is still the most popular out there by far. www.amazon.com has alot of good ratings about protein, so does www.bodybuilding.com

I have no idea how that happened. I blame it on the recent problems.

Before taking a Protein Shake, you need to be a little bit more clear on exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

How do you expect them to "work"?

costco has the Designer or some namebrand that works good for me. I'm only having a shake right after I lift on my lifting days.

You don't need NO. What are you trying to accomplish by taking Protein Shakes?

Are you watching QVC again?

I have an APEX shake after a workout. I'm with Craig and only use it after I workout...otherwise it is kind of a waste

I buy the big jug of whey protein from wal-mart because it's $30 and lasts for a good three months.

My brother is doing p90x and he's super over-analytical and he did all sorts of research into their recommended recovery drink and discovered that slim fast is the exact same stuff, but half the price.
