Not as bad as some. I've helped people install speakers in the back of Toyotas...the Corolla needs it's seats removed.

you may just want to do it the right way. sure, it's a pain in the a$$, but it turns out clean. AND, if you are thinking about putting an amp and sub in the trunk, it's the BEST time to run all your power and rca's, cuz you have both sides off already. even if you don't have an amp or a sub yet but you are planning to put them in, you should think about possibly buying the wires and putting them in. it could save you time in the long run if you know exactly what size of stuff you are putting in.
