Difficulty: 3/5

Tools needed
- Bondo
- 3 grits of sandpaper
- Paint: Primer & Car Color
- Some type of jig saw to cut the plastic grill

1. Pop the hood & remove the 5 screws holding the upper grill to the car
2. use a screw driver & press in the 2 clip locks holding the grill to the car. remove the grill
3. turn the grill to its backside & remove all the screws (theres about 20)
4. using your saw cut out the middle section of the painted grill (try to make it as flush as possible)
5. now cut out the center peice of the black back peice
6. make the holes as flush as possible & then wash the to peices & dry
7. rescrew the two peices together again
8. using a peice of cut plastic tape it from the back side of the grill to fill in some of the hole so that the bondo has something to hold on to
9. next use the bondo to fill in the holes & also spread it over the crease where the 2 grill peices come together to make it one peice
10. allow to dry , then sand & smooth bondo areas with med. grit to low grit
11. now sand the rest of the grill to prep for primer
12. after sanding the whole grill, wash it lightly, but as clean as possible. Now your ready for painting
13. spray the grill with 2 light coats of primer & a third coat to cover the whole grill good. Allow to dry
14. Spray with 2 light coats of the car paint and then 2 thicker layers. Allow to dry
15. Spray with 2 light coats of car clear coat and then 2 thicker layers. Allow to dry over night
16. Reinstall to your car
