Speaker sizes for a 97 TL 3.2 prem?

Speaker sizes for a 97 TL 3.2 prem?
I'm going to be upgrading my stereo and speakers (the CD-R's shortcoming in the stereo is disappointing), but I also want to upgrade my speakers. As I understand it, there are 4 sets.
1- above the Rearview mirror (I won't be swapping those out!)
1- Front door panels
1- back door panels
1- behind rear seats
What sizes are each set? I've tried to google the sizes and didn't come up with anything. I know they're 'component' speakers too.
Any help would be appreciated!

speaker replacement
Yours may be different, I am not sure but I have a 1997 TL (2.5) premium.
I have front door speakers, rear speakers, but none in my rear doors. I have some 3" tweeters in my between my map light (above my rear view mirror) I'll post the speakers I installed. They were cheapies but seem to work ok
I also have the color codes for the wiring if you need it.
