check the seals, trunk could be miss aligned.

best thing to do is close the trunk, fold down the back seats get in the trunk have some one throw water on the car see where its coming from.

It would take some investigating.. For now, use the shop vac and dry out the car. first check the trunk seals, then pull the rear panels/trunk panels. then check the rear deck and rear glass.

It's also a very good possiblity that the water intrusion is coming from the tail lights. Make sure the gaskets are good.

also check the tail light seals. That's a typical place water travels into after a fender bender.

thus far no one has the right answer.

right answer, call the insurance company that paid for the repair or call the body shop that did the repair and have them talk to the insurance company that paid for the repairs last time. the body shop can tell the insurance that this is a result of the accident and they need to "fix something to fix this issue"

Came here to post this.
Even without getting hit, the tail lamp gaskets died on the Integra a couple years ago.

It's been dry for a while; if they pinched or tore the gaskets as they reinstalled your lights, that could do it.
