Has Honda solved the 3rd gear pop out/grind on the 09 Civic Si Sedan?

Honestly, I haven't heard although it would make sense for it to be fixed by now. I mean, they released a service bulletin over a year ago regarding the issue.
I still, however, have yet to take my '07 in for the fix. They took forever to finally get in all the parts that were needed, and then when I scheduled to have it done they told me at the last minute that the tech that handled repairs like this wouldn't be in. I still haven't rescheduled because they said they'd need my car for more than a day.

The '09s haven't been out long enough for us(the techs) to see if the problem is still their. I would say yes but don't take my word on it.

I have held off buying a 09 si sedan because of the 3rd gear pop out/grind. What parts did Honda change with the 09 si?
