Default 2003 TL S Passanger side seatbelt

Has anyone with a 2003 TL Type S experienced or is experiencing the seat belt locking up? When the passanger side seatbelt locks up, I need to take it off slide it up and then down again.
I took the car to Acura and they replace the retractor and the problem is still there.

What could be the problem? I know that there was a recall for the 2002s but I would think that the problem was corrected on the 2003s.

Thanks,

do you mean it locks up just when putting it on? You do know that when you pull all the slack out of the belt, it will lock the belt, and keep it from extending until you take it off and retract it all right? That a feature, but i think you have a different problem.

Agreed. He should probably take it back to Acura once again.

It's fine when the passanger puts the belt on but if the passanger bends forward any length, the seatbelt locks and must be removed to unlock.

If it doesn't not unlock after you let it loose a little and pull again, then obviously someting isn't right. Take it back to the dealer.
