Anyone try this to clean exterior trim?

I read that some people are diluting Klasse AIO with water and applying it to textured trim (exterior) to clean it. Any one tried this? It seems like a good idea, as I've always been able to just buff out any AIO that I get on the black trim (ie, does not leave a white film).

Any updates on this, Rick? How does this compare to 303?

haven't had a chance to try this yet. I don't use 303 cleaner just the protectant so I don't know.

Oh, I meant the 303 Protectant not cleaner. I was unaware they made cleaners as well.

oh in that case yes i do use it to protect the trim. however, 303 will wash off after a week of rain. but it doesn't bother me that much since it doesn't rain that often in CA.

i also use it in the interior and one application has lasted about 9months on the mini so far.

9 months?!

What kind of surface does 303 protectant leave? I have a new bottle here but haven't had the opportunity to use it yet.
The only interior cleaner I've used is the Armor All stuff that leaves that wet finish but only lasts about a few weeks tops.

Does 303 leave that kind of finish? I guess I should just go ahead and test out my bottle then to find out.

Back on topic, I was skimming around Autopia today and briefly saw that a few have tried AIO on things other than metal like plastic trim, but I didn't care for their feedback since I was searching for other things. I will edit this later when answer is rediscovered...

with 303 this is how i apply is, if i want a shiny surface, i will apply using a sponge applicator and leave wet to dry. usually i'll do multiple applications. 2-3 depending on if i'm getting ready for summer or winter.

if i want a bright surface but not a complete wet look. i spray the 303 on to a cloth towel and apply it using the towel. let it set for 20-30mins then reapply, now the key is, you come back in about 30mins after the 2nd application with a new clean towel (lint free) and buff out the surface (lightly). this protects the surface but doesn't leave a wet looking surface. this is what i do with my tires and the engine compartment.
