Running lights & dash lights go off when headlights turned on.
When I turn on headlights, my dash lights and running lights go off on my 1990 Acura Legend LS. (150,000 miles) Brake lights and interior lights work fine. All fuses are ok. Any suggestions

Your dimmer switch is turned all the way off.
