New Oil Pan Gasket Leak
New Oil Gasket, still leaking. I have no reason to believe it was replaced incorrectly, but Im lost. What can be done to remedy this situation without dropping the pan all over again?

Your gonna have to drop it and re-do it man. There is no easy way about it. It is what it is and needs to be done right. I know it is a PITA because of the exhaust manifold, but it has to be done.
***You may want to buy a new gasket before you re-do this as you may have already compromised the new one on there*** Doubtful but possible***
1. Drain the oil.
2. Drop the pan.
3. Remove the gasket.
4. Clean the dickens out of it. Leave no residue behind. Heck, sand the top of the oil pan with 1500 grit sandpaper just to make sure there is no gasket boogers.
5. Give it a good solvent wash to make sure its good to go. Hot soap and water works well too, just takes a litte longer.
6. Dry it out really good.
7. Make sure sure your gasket is free of all gasket boogers. It looks like you used Hondabond, that shit is going to be on there good. You may need a new gasket. Use good judgement.
8. Lay a fine bead of Hondabond around the parameter where the gasket meets the pan. Spreag it evenly with your finger. Lay your gasket on the right way, place some bolts through the holes to hold it in place, lay a noce heavy piece of plywood on the top and walk away. Let it dry real good. Clean the bottom of your block and prep it to meet the prepped pan. Make sure it is clean of all gasket boogers and ready to receive.
9. Bead the block, spread it with your finger and place the prepped pan back under there after about 5-6 hours dry time. Torque the bolts to spec and allow another 5-6 hrs. dry time. Overnight if you can, but 5-6 hrs. min.
