Default pr3 in a 91 non vtech integra

i have a pr3 ecu and was wondering if i could use it in my almost stock 91 integra . it has the factory b18 and intake and exhaust .thanks

No. Stick with your stock ECU.
With your current level of mods, there's nothing to gain through raising the rev limiter... and the PR3 doesn't have the correct fuel map to run your B18A1.
