Default cat-back exhaust question(PLEASE LOOK)

I am going to be getting a 92-95 civic coupe really soon because I totaled my 98 accord(which had an octane front bumper and BW sides sqirts and rear bumper and custom dual exhaust and rims and so on........). Anyway, what I was wanting to know is what is the best cat-back exhaust (performance wise), and can you post some pictures of some different types. I was looking at the Apex N1 or the 5zigen, but I want to see some pics of each kind on a civic. I really don't care much about the loudness of it, but I do want it to be kinda deep and I want an exhaust that has really good performance gains.

That depends on the application.

A "overkill" exhaust for regular NA application will cause some loss of power in the low end. Personally, I think N1, GReddy EVO, and Tanabe Racing Medallion are a bit on the "overkill" side. If you are planning to build on the high end, then one of those would be a good choice.

As for gain in the low end, you can probably go w/ one of the sport exhaust... i.e GReddy SP, Tanabe Hyper Medallion?

All of them costs about the same... so it's really depends on your "final" goal.

Apexi World Sport.. IMO one of the best exhausts for civics.. i noticed a bit of a low end gain.. especially over my RS*R/Invidia.

I guess I may as well add a question:

whats a good exhaust that has a 2 1/2-3 inch tip? I don't want a coffie can sticking out from under my car.

Greddy makes a nice quiet exhaust with a small/medium sized tip. My buddy has one on his '99 EX coupe and I like it.
