Posting Time
Is there a way that we could do bracketing time limits for posters?
ie noobs get 30 seconds in between, but with higher post counts lower the posting time between posts.
ie..
5,000 posts to 25 seconds
10,000 posts to 20 seconds
15,000 posts to 15 seconds
I know it's trivial, but hey, it is some "reward" for a higher post count.

This would require a lot of maintenance on our part.
ie: Who is deemed a "noob".
Then creating separate classes.
Lowering the post time also encourages users to posts repeatedly without thought.

Which is what I mean;
We could have a new member who posts great things or we can have a new member that post-whores.
Conversely, we could have a long time member who doesn't post anything constructive...etc.
The onus will be on us, the moderator team, to have to judge what "class" people should be on.

Dunno if this is in the same topic or what... but it's a little annoying when you're replying in one thread and also in another and you have to wait for the other thread to clear before you can post in the other one. Is there any way to lower the count on that without it being too much of a pain?

yeah...you're right. if you post in one forum, then you go to post in another forum, your flood control still carries to the next forum

Never really run into a problem with it. I mean every once and a while I guess I have, but it isn't a nuisance. To find something to read, something worth replying to, and finally reply with something worth reading it usually takes a little more than 30 seconds.
I mean page loads alone probably take up 10 seconds or so
