Trunk deadening material with PICS help/info needed
well, here are some pics of what I'm talking about.. I just ran out in the rain to take some pics... I need these cuz the car is simply too loud...
the left side is obviously missing..
I was wondering if those dynamats, fatman etc. are the same deal? Are the installs doable? recommendation? price range? good place to get 'em?
looks like I'll need 5-10 sq ft. or something. I'm not too sure...
any help will be greatly appreciated! thanks for your time.

go to a speaker shop to find out
dynamat is good and easy to appy especially to a surface like that

Dynomat is kinda exspensive but it works great. look it up on www.nexxon.com i have done lots of business with them. you are looking at like 50-70 dollars for a roll..and i am not toatly sure on the rolls leingth.

hmm. dynamat is expensive..
I was thinking fatman. its about like half the price it seems.
I think I'm going to visit the local home depot, I heard they got similiar material for cheaper price...

use rubberized undercoating. use expanding foam to put in crevisis. when the expanding foam dries it looks like styrafoam, and really helps with sound deadening.
dynamat will work also. get the stuff that looks like foil.
if i were doing it, i'd lay dyanmat where ever possible. put expanding foam in crevisis, and then spray rubberized undercoating.
get that any deader than that. unless you mix in sand and fiberglass, and lay it everywhere like i know some folks do. but it's not worth the hassle.
