Default How to tell Spark Plugs need to be changed?

Does anyone know how to tell if the spark plugs needs to be changed? I got about 98,000KM on 2001 Accord V6. Not sure what indication can I go on to determine if I should replace them.

Rough Idle
Misfire

If you're not sure spend $10 and replace them. It will save you trouble and time

Go by the mileage schedule in the owners manual, maybe about 150k km. For the price of new plugs, its a bit silly to put the old ones back in after you take them out to inspect them.

One easy way is to see if the plug is worn down to the ceramic leaving a bigger gap than specified. But i'd spend the 10 bucks for some NGK G-powers than waste my time checking the gap and cleaning them.

However if there's something wrong a spark plug can tell you everything about a cylinder. Blistering, white stuff (had that ), oil fouled...........
