it doesn't show the throttle body at all, but trust me it fits perfectly, just connect the pcv breather hose and the sensor... it's easy as that, 2 clamps at the tb... when I first got it the dude sold me one for an si in an ex box, the throttle body on the si is lower I think... that could be your problem...

does the pipe that goes down the hole touches the edges of the holes? cause i have a bypass valve installed on it as well. like if i move the intake, i can hear a rubbing sound.
also is there lots of room on the middle part of your pipe as shown on your picture below. cause mine only have like 1cm of space from to pipe to the body.
thanks!!

DAC installation begins by first removing the stock air intake from the throttle valve and the stock air cleaner assembly.
With the stock intake out of the way, slip the connector sleeve on to the throttle body. The next step involves slipping the mandrel-bent DAC tube into the sleeve, and then tighten the stainless hose clamps, which are included. DC's 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum tube provides increased airflow to the engine. Being smog legal, the DAC intake is equipped with all the necessary EGR and vacuum line fittings to allow proper engine operation. Connect the sensors and hoses to the appropriate locations. Makes sure that you use the hose clamps on all hoses.
At the other end of the intake tube, slip the exclusive, high-flowing K&N cone filter on the end of the intake tube and tighten the stainless hose clamp. A bead rolled end makes sure the filter doesn't slip off. Install the mounting brackets for a solid, vibration-free fit.
