Default Camber on 1994 Integra GS-R

Hey,

This is my first post on this forum!

I have a 1994 Integra GS-R that I am outfitting for oval track racing. Obviously, turn left only on a high banked oval will require some camber in the right/left front of the car.

Basically I am looking for -1.5 to -2 degrees in the front right and a slight positive tilt +1 in the front left.

Is there a way to do this without purchasing some fairly overpriced kits?

Thanks for any ideas.

the cheap kits out there dont do very well in racing conditions anyway.

check out skunk2's camber products.

I'd go with Skunk2 for quality. They have an adjustable ball joint that makes adjusting very easy. If I'm not mistaken they're only about 250 for the set.

This isn't good. The series checks for aftermarket race parts. Skunk2 parts in general should violate this rule. Especially when everything is painted red and has a logo on it.

I was hoping there would be some type of adjustment for this model that would be easy to do and would require any parts (other than maybe some new bolts).

Although I suppose if I installed the control arm for adjustment technical inspection couldn't really give me any garbage unless it (by itself, without adjustment) constitutes a performance increase. As long as the part meets OEM fitment I should be able to do it.

I'll have to check.

Thanks.

ohhh you didnt mention any regulation on parts.

yeah for what you're looking for, not much u can do.

you can swap the pass/driver side upper control arms for an extra degree of caster even though it wont help you much with you're looking for.

Allow me to rephrase. As long as it replaces a stock component with OEM fitment, similar appearance, and isn't blatantly obvious red in color.

I would have a shooting chance at convincing tech to overlook because everyone else is running -2 deg on the right and I'm rolling over on my front right tire.

I don't know. For a 'performance' oriented trim they really didn't give us much of a sandbox. For this weekend I am going to toe out a 1/4" to help on entry and forget the camber for now. If I can find parts I'll do it next week.

Thanks for your help.

the ingalls kit will retain the factory upper control arm, i'm sure if u painted it black you can get away with it...
