Default New Spark Plug Time, Which Ones Are Good

Alright, i saw the post on new spark plugs for a Zex kit, but which are the best for Non-Turbo Engines. I got my 1999 EX and I wanna get some spark plugs that will give it the best power possible. Not too worried about the longevity of the plug if the results are good.

My friend put bosch+4's in his dad's truck and it ran rough.
