The polished Vibrant Axle Back Exhaust will be for the 1993 GSR? Is the inlet pipe 2" or 2 1/4"? I'm not interested in the universal Vibrant flat black muffler.
- Does it rust out?
- Is it loud? I'm looking for a quiet exhaust.
- Does the packing material blow out?
I like to hear from those who have had this exhaust for a while.

There is nothing to gain but noise when all you do is change the muffler. You need to install a full cat-back exhaust system to add any kind of power. It is 2.36 outside diameter.
Get a true exhaust that will make difference. Research helps your decision:

The Vibrant Axle Back Exhaust will replace my stock muffler with a rusted out hole in it. I know it will not produce power but it is lighter in weight than stock mufflers. I'm using it as a replacement muffler. The Vibrant Axle Back Exhaust is $265.32 which is where my budget is.

I'm more concerned about higher noise level and rusting out in a few years.
I would like to hear from those who have had the exhaust for a few years.

Apathy Kills
I'll lay on the line for you.
We don't have that many second gen Integra owners here nowadays and the Vibrant brand is not a well known brand in a very crowded aftermarket.
Since noise is your top concern, replace the rusted out muffler with an OEM equivalent. The Vibrant muffler will certainly be louder than stock and yes, there is the chance (albeit remote) that it will blow out.
Since you mentioned rust, I am assuming you live in the snow belt.
The cheapest way to protect against rust is to paint the muffler body with a high-temperature engine enamel.
If you wind up painting the muffler before it is installed, mask off the ends of the tubing so that the shop can still get a clean weld with unpainted steel.

Buy a Flow Master. Nothing to rust and nothing to blow out. 3 chamber for quiet and 2 chamber for not so quiet. $50 and it sound sweet. Its sounds just like running no muffler (natural) but nice and quiet.
