Default Sway bar bushings

Hey guys, (sorry if my gramer sucks had to much to drink) Anyways i need to replace my bushings and need advice on the easiest way to replace them. thanks, Brian

Support the car on jackstands, unbolt the swaybar endlinks with suspension at full droop, unbolt swaybar from the subframe, replace bushings.

Installation is reverse of removal.

Google "Honda Hookup Manual", sign up, and download the Helm's in PDF format. The Helms is your single best resource.

Might I suggest if you're going to be doing this, you might as well do an ITR rear sway? Directions are similar to what 2001TEGGSR posted, but with just a few additional steps. Totally worth it.

I wouldn't recomed this without the ASR brace or some other form of subframe reinforcement.

Yep, didn't mention it, but it is kind of a given, since it's difficult to mount the brackets without the aftermarket kits. I had the BSQ kit and it worked real well for 3 years. Beaks is another option, too.

There are like 2 bolts on each supporting bracket holding the bar to the body. Just unbolt those and take the bushings out. Thats it. If you want just put a little body grease on the bushings before you put them in.

Did it with little problems, it was just a temporary fix until i get the type R bar, and ASR brace on her with energy suspension.. Thanks for help guys

yeah its really easy all ull need is a jack and apair of strong ratchets pull apart the swar bars pop em out and reinsert the new ones
