Default Ap1 S2000 TURBO build!!! lots of PIX

putting a turbo kit on my s2000.. here are the part i got... i went DIY turbo kit.. hoping to save money.. so let see how much i spent and see how much power i got out of it... lets get to it

Rev hard cast iron turbo manifold-230.00
57trim turbo-208.00
Tial 38mm wastegate(7psi spring)-215.75
ebay intercooler and piping from jetta (come with t-bone clamps and cuplers)-220.00
Rc injectors 750cc (comes with spacer)-350.00
Golden Eagle vaccum manifold-46.00
AEM EMS-950.00
00-06 c-pillar gauge dual pod-52.00
Oil relocation kit-70.00

HKS turbo timer-free
Autometer boost gauge-free
oil gauge-free
















all motor setup

i still need to make my 3in downpipe, oil line and oil change

i will post all the pix when i download it to my pc.. keep checking for update..

anyone with advice on wiring up the TUrbo timer will be great!!

Looks like a solid setup. How much power are you looking for?

$208 for a 57 trim? I hope it isn't an ebay special. :noes:

nice build

keep an eye out for boost leaks around the t-bolts. its hard to explain online, but in many t-bolt clamps, the portion directly under the bolt itself tends to not be clamped well. just make sure u run a boost leak test after everything is buttoned up.
