I have a drivers door window that is moaning and lurching through its travel. Motor is new but problem seems to be loose cables to the raise and lower track. How can I tighten these cables - or repalce them if necessary?

I had this problem on an older model accord. The problem was in the motor assembly (you can only find out by taking the screws off the big round piece but once you do it is heck to get it back together)...the plastic broke off which made it lose. You say this motor is new but do you mean a new used part you get from a junk yard?
