I got some DC headers for my ls off of a friend but the bottom is gone. These are the 2 piece style and i need the bottom piece. I was thinking on using the existing bottom from the stock manifold, but it seems the dc top portion is longer (OEM being shorter). Is their a cheap way out of this? Or do i have to fab one up?

I doubt they would mate up at the flanges. Also, what kind of car did your friend have? Not all 94-01 integra exhaust parts are interchangeable.

A good exhaust shop can easily fab up a down pipe to mate to the mid section and make you a custom one piece. Flanges and all.
