93 automatic wont shift into d3,2,or1

93 automatic wont shift into d3,2,or1
Hey my 93 legend just stopped shifting into d3, 2, and 1. It goes into d4, but i have to pull back harder than normal. Any suggestions as to what it could be would be awsome.
