Default Failed emmisions

hey,

I got a 92 accord 4 banger automatic ODB1 with 137k miles. Driven by an old broad all of it's life and recently she let it sit for 6 months. The battery died. The car is 100% stock

I got the car running and drive it a few miles to the emmisions station and I failed in Va.

At 15MPH:

Failed HC PPM- mine= 126, limit was 125
Failed CO%- mine=1.49, limit was 0.50
Failed NO PPM- mine=2177, limit was 1636

At 25MPH:

Passed HC PPM- mine= 108, limit was 136
Failed CO%- mine=1.63, limit was 0.73
Passed NO PPM- mine=1272, limit was 1591

I pulled the plugs and they had oil on them, I changed the rocker arm seals, changed the valve cover gasket and changed the plugs, NGK's. Took apart the EGR and it was relatively clean, but i cleaned it further and put it all back together. I will throw a new air filter too, as well as a PCV valve.

Do you think I will pass? Anything else I can/should do?

Thanks.

Since the car have 137K miles and been sitting for 6 months, I would suggest doing a complete tune up. I have a 92 Accord EX 2.2 I4 w/ 248K miles that just passed MD emission test last week. You should easily pass the test if you perform the additional items below.

* oil change
* flush, drain & replace coolant
* flush, drain & replace ATF
* replace fuil filter
* replace plug wires
* clean fuel system
* oxygen sensor (only one on this car)

Another important suggestion, make sure you run the car for a minimum of 10 highway miles to ensure it reach the proper operating temp before you take it for a test. Good Luck!
