You can replace them with aftermarket ones but warped brake rotors are caused by your own driving style/braking style. I've never had a pair of rotors warped on me before, you just need to know how to take care of them. Example, you are driving 55mph and braked hard to stop at a stop light, if you keep your foot on the brake while the rotors are still super hot, then you would probably warp them. The trick is inch your car forward every few seconds so your pads are not on the rotors when it is roasting hot. Also, alot of people will wash their cars right after driving it. That's a big no no as cold water on hot brake rotors = warped rotors.
