First, find out what exactly is causing the noise. Like when you put pressure on certain spot, does the noise go away? Once you find out where it is, you can either tighten everything up or use double sided stick tape and put between 2 panels where the noise is coming from so they don't rub against each other to create the squeak.

Sounds like a plan. Usually if a drive my fist into the cupholder it stops. So it must be squeaking betweek the 2 halves of the cupholder in the middle. I guess I'll need to take apart the assembley and secure the two halves together better.
