Default power windows don't work on 94 Accord

hi. the power windows on my 94 Honda Accord LX don't work? neither do the mirror adjustors and power locks. would it be the relay in the fuse box under the hood? or the window regulator? actually, none of the other windows work either. my driver's window is open about 6-8in. any advice would be great. thanks.

Sounds like a few of your power features are out. check all your fuses in the fuse box (in the car & one under the hood) espeically the ones that correspond to what the problem is and see if they're blown. Sounds like they are and if you have to replace them and they blow again then there's some type of electrical problem, some kind of short in the wires somewhere.

Oh and welcome to the board.

Is there any chance that wiring could be unplugged from inside the door panel?

I had a problem like that before and I ended up buy an new switch controller box for the door panel for the window, door locks, and mirrors adjuster. Just check the fuse before looking into purchasing.

check the fuses all of them one by one as some have functions that are not labeled like to power the relay to the windows if ok check the plug in the boot where the door opens as that plug has been know to fail because water can get into it.

The window regulator is a common problem with 94 accords. Mine went out too.
