I am going over to my bosses to show him the cool different things of Vista from XP.

What are some cool things that you have learned? Also I need to show him the Media Center pluses...what are some of those too.

I don't know a lot of different "cool" things but hopefully you guys do. :hs:

do not bother with Vista.. you'll just make him angry. About the only thing that will make him go ooooh is Aero and that gets tiring after a bit.

agree'd. Nothing "cool" about vista. It'll be a waste of time.

I've had to use it a few times.... it's horrid.

My job has nothing to do with computers. He bought the same system that I did from Dell and so he wants me to show him the ropes on it.

Seems no one has anything constructive to say. Brar was the only one and he still said low battery life, which doesn't pertain to this setup because it is a desktop.

As for the haters. What is it that you REALLY hate about Vista? Seems all I hear is "vista sucks" "xp>vista" bandwagon crap. Yeah I know some crap isn't compatible with Vista....yet. When SP1 comes out for it, then it will be all better...so everyone says.

People probably started out saying XP sucked...now all the sudden it is the best thing since sliced bread (in the PC world).
