we can try to understand it all we want but the fact of the matter is there are just crazy people out there who will do this kind of thing and all we can do is try to lessen their impact

not sure if anyone stated this in here yet, but he was also convicted of stalking 2 women and taken to a mental institute in 05. They also found medication used to treat psychological disorders among his things... weird

No, and I'm pretty sure, no. No charges were filed against him in the stalking cases and I heard on the radio the rumors of medicine found were false.

First off I want to know how someone that acts like this asshole makes it to their senior year? He didnt talk much in class, participating very rarely, writing the bullshit that he wrote, taking inapropriate pictures of girls, and causing 90% of students to leave class because of his behavior... Something should have been done about this guy a looong time ago

Economic conditions, e.g., economic inequality, poverty, etc.
Domestic conditions, e.g., troubled home/upbringing, break down of family, etc.
Each of these are immensely complicated social issues. Rejecting violent crime as a highly complex issue shows how little you know. And you're calling ME dense and short sighted. But hey, if "it really isn't", then please - how would you get rid of violent crime?
