Sylvania Silverstars are a decent choice, good quality, but low burn time as compared to a regular headlight.
Nothing will quite match your HIDs but an HID light, but these are not too shabby.

Moved to Legend & RL.
Silverstars have a somewhat spotty record in terms of bulb life and I doubt they're available in the correct size for the RL foglamps.
Frankly, it would be easier to just go with standard yellow bulbs for your fogs and 4000K halogen bulbs for your high beams.

You're silverstars won't match the hids. Only way to match is to get hid foglights, most likely 4300k. if you have hids, there really isn't a use for your high beams.Your hids emit more light then the high beams do and probably light up the road a lot better. If you are lookin for quality hid bulbs/kits check out Never Burn Out, they offer a lifetime warranty on all their kits. It's worth checkin out.
