WELL TODAY I WAS GOING TO THE CAR WASH WHEN I CAME OUT OF MY CAR I NOTICE SOME WHITE LINES AND SPOTS ON MY CAR THEN I TRY WASHING IT. IT DID NOT COME OUT WHAT DO U GUYS THINK IT IS? I TRY RUBBING IT WHIT A 100% COTTON TOWEL DID NOT COME OFF. DAM! BY THE WAY MY CAR IS BLACK

Pics? Were the marks there prior to the car wash?

Depending on what it could be, I would try paint thinner or rubbing compound.
