Is this dangerous?
When I drive my eg on the freeway at and over 70 mph I feel all sorts of different vibrations. The one that worries me most is the steering wheel. At high speeds it vibrates pretty hard nad moves slightly from side to side. Also I took it up to 80 to see how bad these would get and the whole car started vibrating really hard. Felt like it was gonna fall apart. I've had this since I bought this thing, and none of my ohter car did/do this sort of thing. What can this be?

i had the same problem till i got my wheels balanced. went away after that. i actually made a few passes down the strip before getting them balanced and that was not fun. :eek3:

Yep, scares me every time. Would it be ok if I rolled like this for a bit more? (kinda short on cash) . And I see no point in having my steelies balanced since I want to get some rims soon

Still here... sorta...
The longer you wait, the more chance you have of something else going bad. I.e. bushings, tire wear, etc.
I'd just go get it done and not drink for a week or something.

Yea I wish it was 5 bucks. Called Americas tire, they charge $11 per tire @$$holes. Oh well, I'll go get it done tomorrow. Is it alright if I just get the balancing now... I don't care too much for the tires since they are steelies, I'll be getting some rims in a few months, so I'll do the alignment later... Is that ok?
