95 civic EX needs help!!!
I got a 1995 honda civic ex vtec automatic wat can i do to make it faster thats cheap and easy...

DO a search first.A cia is cheap and you will get a 1 to 3 % increase in power.SPRAY is vary cost effective.Ditch the spare tire and jack(FREE) save you 20 to 40 pounds.91 octane ads a little bit.Some times bumping ignition timing to 16-17 degrees(free) give you a little bit more on the top end.

are you running a d16 if so the best thing to do is not worry about speed and just get good gas mileage. but you ccould go nitrpous or turbo for a pretty good boost just dont get over zealos with the nitrous lol

Really there is nothing that is both cheap and easy that will give you any noticeable power gains...
Unless you wanna use Nitrous (I wouldn't) there is no way to make more power unless you have both the time and money for either forced induction (turbo or supercharger) or building an all motor setup... In this case, you still have an automatic, which does not fair well with increased power...
